Happy Hanukkah!

Day three has arrived! It's time to light that third candle and maybe prepare a dish to celebrate. Are you having a get together with family and friends? Maybe looking for a cool way to teach your children about the holiday? Whatever it is, you might be in need of some new ideas this year. Continuing with your family traditions is always something we like to do each year, but adding in some new things can become your input to a wonderful eight days and may turn into new traditions that may get passed on for years to come.

We all love food! Here are a few recipes that you can make for the Festival of Lights.

                                                     POTATO LATKES

                                                           APPLESAUCE

DOUGHNUTS

BRISKET

CHALLAH

RUGALACH

    Potato-Kasha Knishes

Now to have a some fun with the kiddos. Spending time letting the little ones craft their own yummy creations is fun and educational. As you're making the food teach them about the holiday and what makes it special.Talk to them about your family's traditions and what you might have made with your parents when you were little.

MARSHMALLOW DREIDELS

CUPCAKES

SUGAR COOKIES

I hope the rest of your holiday is a wonderful one, and that you're spending time with your family and friends lighting the menorah!
