Paper snowflakes are a quick and easy craft that's fun for both kids and adults alike. This simple method uses coffee filters to eliminate any prep work, and their thin nature make cutting easy enough for little hands.
Fold the coffee filter into eighths. Cut the outside edge first followed by the two folded edges. Be sure to leave space intact between your cut out shapes on the folded edges. Unfold and marvel at your masterpiece!

When school resumes for Sandy Hook, it will be in a new building. Parent-volunteers are working to ensure that the students are welcomed back by a winter wonderland with the entire school decorated with as many unique snowflakes as possible.
